How do I Enroll?
We appreciate your interest in Semarang International School. We have been committed to providing quality education for all students since 1982 to please find forms and material needed for enrollment described here bellow.
Before an application can be fully evaluated we require the following records: o A completed application form o Five passport-size photographs of the student o Photocopy of birth certificate o Photocopies of passports of student and parents (cover page, photo page, vital information page, expiration date and current visa page) o Photocopies of KITAS for student and parents or KIMS document o Photocopies of school reports for the previous two years for year 4 and above. o Result of any English language test if taken. o Certified translation of all documents that are not in English o Education Outside the Classroom Permission Slip o Student Health and Emergency Form o Multimedia Release Form
We may in some cases accept enrollments without these documents but to access your child’s class placement these records will assist.
After all required registration materials have been submitted to the school, year placement will be determined according to the schools policy.
As a special offer to visitors of our new website, children who enroll and pay the deposit by 1st April for the full 2010/11 school year will receive 6 months free School Development Fee. This will be a saving of USD 250.00.
